Well done Ollie, it is a shambles, club lacks leadership, I have asked it before what does PD do? He is the coo but the club cannot operate properly because it doesn’t have access to basic facilities, yet where is the clammer to hold this highly paid employee accountable.

If we’re holding employees accountable, let’s ask Ollie why he’s only managed 1 goal and 1 assist this season?
Yet a large section of our support think he’s a championship player.
He’s a fine one to complain.
Our facilities are below par but the squad we have wouldn’t be doing much better if they trained on Wembley every day.

Maybe it’s the players around him and the fact that Rotherham players spend a lot of the time with out the ball . Our goalkeeper has let in a **** load of goals this season but it doesn’t make him a bad keeper.
