I'm not sure what they do for European matches, but they are the only league in the top 30 leagues in Europe not to use VAR albeit they are due to look at it again in Autumn

But what's important about that process is who will look at it. Not a bunch of blazers in Stockholm but the clubs. And who runs the clubs? The supporters. Like Germany, supporters are obliged to have the controlling interest in clubs. If the same pertained in Scotland I can't imagine the debate on getting rid of VAR would last more than 15 minutes.
