The deduction was 5 but reduced to 2 because of mitigation. One of the mitigating factors was that they admitted it early, ffs.

Yep. Everton have gone from 'we didn't do it' to 'we think the punishment is too harsh'.

There's no doubt they have friends in high places.

Chelsea have until June 30th to balance the 3 year number.

So come the end of the season they will HAVE to sell players to avoid breaching the rules.
