    Everton

Another 2 points deduction. Everton not happy at the lack of consistency from the various commissions.

Everton have put out a statement today confirming the punishment highlighting their disappointment in the lack of consistency across the different commissions regarding the severity of punishment.

It will become like carbo credits soon. They will be able to buy points from someone who has them to spare and doesn't need them.
£10 million a point or highest bidder.

Joking apart, how long before teams are able to buy off a promoted side to maintain their Premier status?

I'd be happy for us to accept say 75 million and stay in the Championship.
Who of us wants to spend a season in the EPL getting beaten virtually every week?

    Interesting thought isn’t it?

    Accept £100m to forgo promotion.

It’s actually a very tempting deal because you then wouldn’t need to spend a fortune on new players and inflated wages.

You could actually build a stronger base for your club by declining promotion on a couple of occasions.

    Jeremy would’ve loved that!
