I think we will miss Thomsons' deliveries tonight. Set pieces could be the difference. Hopefully Moult has brought his shooting boots because I think we will need to be clinical. I reckon the result will 100% depend on the ref tonight. If he is conned by Morton, then we could be in for a long slog of trying to break down their anti football.

I f#cking hate this Morton team, they are the very essence of why we neef out this league! Time wasting, dirty barstewards that spend 99% of the game trying to con the ref whilst asssulting opposition players left right and centre...horrible barsteward of a team with a horrible barsteward of a manager...and Kirk Broadfoot! I don't get where you get the hate from. They started the season poorly but then hit a rich vein of form that propelled them up and away from the bottom of the league. That was a great run that you have to accept shows that this Morton side have something good about them.

They do what they have to do in games to try for an advantage. Sometimes we are guilty of too much fair play. That's a lesson we could learn from them.

Anyway, I also wish all the best of luck to our travelling fans tonight. You have done us proud all season and I hope the team reward you with a win a d 3 points tonight.

He's had one poor game defensively all season where a poor home support were getting on backs from them on in, not a true reflection, maybe we'll get the one from Morton away last month

Having read everything that's been said b I'm in the cautious optimism camp, having not been that long since we won in Greenock I hope the memory of that's required is still fresh in the memory of the lads. Hoping that an early or even earlyish strike from us can open the gates and we give them the doing they deserve. C'mon United!

This is a great start! Morton need the win, so they will have to open up a bit more which should suit us. We need to avoid suspensions and injuries..so ideally another goal will allow us to bring on our subs early.
