    Not just us.

I watched with mounting incredulity yesterday afternoon, the efforts of players from Liverpool, Crystal Palace and Arsenal to put the ball into the back of the onion bag. They were so inept they made our strikers look positively lethal, they missed more sitters in one afternoon than our lads have done all season.

If only we had so many chances in a game.

Teams trying to walk the ball into the net seems to be the 'norm' these days, however, only Manchester City (12) have scored more from outside the box than the Clarets, Liverpool and Nottingham Forest who have scored 9.
On Saturday we managed to get into quite a number of positions outside the box when a shot was possible, however, there seems to be a general reluctance to have a go. A shot could be deflected and go in or fall to aonther player or whatever.

Poor technique on show by several players too.
