And I get accused by you and others of deflecting and pivoting, FFS! Look in the mirror sometime.

What are you talking about - now getting into other peeps dialogue to make mischief - hmmm.

It is polite way of saying I understand what the other person is saying but then explaining what I think.

I actually quite like Piroe and think he is a v good player but I get others may disagree - similarly you need to mostly like Bambi and think he is decent - fair enough - doesn’t mean everyone has to agree. Just because we disagree surely doesn’t then mean we have to behave like 5 year olds in the play ground.

Jeeze picking arguments when we just got 3 points and moved to second. Relaxamundo por favor

Others have commented on Piroes effort tonight, all to the detriment of the player, yet you seek to defend him on the basis of past performance, which matters not one single jot when it comes to to where we are and what is required TONIGHT, and whenever in the future he takes to the field!

In contrast, I suggested that on current form Bamford shouldn''t start, but on his performance TONIGHT, I acknowledge that it was the right decision (one goal being the eventual difference between 1 point and three).

No 5-year olds involved, just some somewhat older folks who won't ever agree (long term).

As for the result, I'd be a f00king sight happier had we adopted the tactics of tonight during the "tipppy tappy" possession based sh1tshow we saw against Coventry, Sunderland and Blackburn, it didn't need to be that way, and tonight showed that to be true.

Middlesbrough wanted to play football, which definitely helped us at the end of the day.

Our attempt at playing the low block (for a time) wasn't pretty.

Still might not be enough, but it was more entertaining (at times, a bit TOO entertaining) to watch.

Gnonto was in an offside position for his goal (Bamford may have been blocking the Lino's view), but there was also a tackle on James that could've been (harshly) interpreted as a PK too.

    Swings and roundabouts.

We still need help from elsewhere, but never say never...

That's the distinct difference. You accept alternative opinions without continually ramming home that yours must be right..

Thought Bamfords goal looked offside too on first viewing. About time we got the rub of it.

Wading into the bampuff discussion. Good game for him today

However, I can’t help but wonder what an Isiah Jones, Haji White or That striker from Blackburn has would do if playing for us in that position . For that matter, what could Joseph do with that kind of minutes.

Might be nice to have a big brawny CF like Wood or Antonio as well

If you swap Lath for Bamford in last nights game then we possibly win by 3 or 4
