    Jack Walton

Only raising this as a separate thread as it’s player specific, but in contrast to the Rovers keeper, I genuinely don’t remember him having to make or required to make any particular game changing saves this season. Yes we’ve lost 5 but none of those losses were down to him. Having said that, we may well ( infact deinately) require a keeper next season who will make us a few points through his performances. Could he be the man? TBH, I’m not 100% but I think he is our Man, but only the Club can decide……….

I cannot remember him being anything more than partially at fault for anything this season, and while i am not one for remembering a specific event, he has made some very good saves along the way. I suppose the guys directly in front of him have made his job easier, but can that whole unit of 5 guys make the step up if we can keep them together?
