100% agree mate. You don't give a fire oxygen. I don't waste my time on other teams. They are irrelevant. Our success is based on what we do on and off the pitch. IF we get it right no one can stop us.

However, there is a lot of 'NUFC fans' / Fan accounts that are nothing to do with the Geordie Nation. Not fan of the club, no affiliation to the city or the people. They are just bots used to stir up controversy and outrage.

These bot accounts spam Man U Twitter chats/accounts which gives those knuckle dragging canal water bathing morons evidence that our fans are obsessed. The MSM picks that up and uses it to mock us and make all the assumptions that Ashworth is off to Man U, Isak is disillusioned with the club Bruno's agent was in Paris to do a deal with PSG ahead of the summer.

My career is in Media, my clients range from BBC, BSKYB / News Corp, Al Jazeera etc. I know exactly how the whole thing works.

Get people wound up and angry about something then push push push the narrative of whatever you're trying to change.

Alakazam the rabble have been roused. The mob are mobilised. The Politicians get the public support/pressure they need to push through their backroom agenda.

A story as old as the boy who cried wolf
