    Norwich v Swansea

    Norwich v Swansea Sat 27 April 15:00
Just two games left before the season ends. Next up is our last away game of the season, 320 miles away in the East Anglian city of Norwich.
Carrow Road has never been a good hunting ground for Swansea, the two times I’ve travelled that endless road both matches ended in defeat.
Norwich are presently in a play-off position but the chasing pack are closing in so a win today for them is imperative.
For Swansea only pride is at stake after a poor season languishing near the bottom of the table for most of it. However three straight wins on the bounce without conceding a goal has consolidated our place in the Championship for another season and the aim is to remain unbeaten in the two games left.
Norwich have lost only two of their last ten matches, away to Leicester and Middlesbrough. Their home form is strong with 15 wins and 3 draws from 22 games being the main factor in their present play-off position.
    Good luck to the Swans.

    Norwich 2 (Sara 34’, Sargent 45’ +3) - Swansea 2 (Paterson 24’, Grimes 53’ pen)
A see-saw match of all out attacking football by both sides.
Norwich were desperate for the win to consolidate their play-off spot but the Swans matched their endeavour.
We went in at half-time 2-1 down after Paterson had given us the lead.
Honours ended even after Grimes equalised from the spot second-half in his 300th game for Swansea.
Ronald was tripped by the goalkeeper as he lined up to shoot and Grimes stroked the penalty straight down the middle to equalise.
There followed many chances at both ends but a draw was a fair result and our away support departed well happy for the long journey back.

Well done the Swans. From the reports an end to end match with the Swans fighting with their newly found grit and determination.
An excellent draw at the promotion hopefuls who had to win to ease pressure on their play-off position.
Augurs well for next season as things are finally coming together on the field of play

Well boys that was probably one of our best games of the season. Great for the neutral but a nervous watch for supporters.
Still a mystery why Kuharevich is not given a go up front though.
