Where are Dark Blues Property Holdings Limited going to get the £40 to £50 million to build the new stadium if they have already borrowed funds from an Isle of Man based financial company secured over both the Campy Nou site and Dens Park Stadium.

We need to be invested in the future of the club whether we see it as a positive or negative future.

Islay can be a right stubborn and cantankerous old bugger but the question he's asking is relevant. Where is this money coming from considering that they seem to have already borrowed a significant sum secured against their only real current assets of value?

People talking about let's wait and see if the planning approval is received in August - planning application isn't even in yet but Nelmsy reckons we're playing in this place next year? Delusional beyond belief.

Finance for stadiums should be something that can be discussed. At the moment we seem to be at the stage of it can be financed, it can't be financed. There must be examples of HOW it can be done? St J is a good recent example, but we also have the practical experience of building the Shankly and Cox stands. Someone knows exactly how that was done. Building two more stands of the same size is really what we need, imo

St Johnstone got lucky. They sold Muirton Park to ASDA and a farmer called Bruce McDiarmid donated the land for McDiarmid Park free of charge.

St Johnstone isn't a good recent example, it happened 35 years ago and completely irrelevant.
    They also paid almost nothing.
