I can see what he brings to the team but I don't think him doing that is a priority for us at the minute.
If he doesn't want to come, then happy we won't look.

We've had a lot of injuries, so he may have been useful this season. But with a fully fit squad and Tonali back, he doesn't get in the side anyway. I'd pick him above Long staff...but not Willock or Anderson who won't be first choice.
If we sign a midfielder...it should either be a very creative one or a proper DM to allow Bruno to move further up the pitch.
I can see why Eddie would appreciate his pressing and I trust his judgement.
But since he's not keen and doesn't really improve us, I hope we don't even look at this.
