Burnley unbeaten at home with just 2 goals conceded in 6 games, it’s going to be a tough one to get anything from.
Will Swansea continue their recent good form?
Burnley v Swansea, Sun 10 Nov, 3pm
This Sunday we take on the Clarets at Turf Moor in the final match of the three in a week cycle before the International break.
A strategy reset with a new manager (Scott Parker) and new players in the summer after their recent relegation from the PL, the American owners, sports investment company VSP, will be hoping for a quick return to the money spinning upper tier again.
With 21 players shipped out, including four loans and 15 players in, including four loanees, there has been a big overhaul in the playing squad.
After all that movement they have started the season well and currently sit in 4th place in the table with the best defence in the Championship, having conceded only 6 goals in 13 matches so far.
Swans defence compares favourably with 8 goals conceded in 14 games.
Burnley’s game in hand will be played tonight at West Brom, who themselves have only conceded 8 goals.
Swans ex-players Connor Roberts and Bashir Humphreys will be in the match day squad, but Michael Obafemi has gone on loan to Plymouth and Jack Cork was released.
We will do well to get a draw there, and it would be a satisfactory outcome.

Luke Williams is doing his best with what he’s got. A small squad that’s short of a striker or two that can score goals. He’s sorted the defence out, touch wood, but scoring goals is a problem so far. To answer your question the Jurys out, we’ve just been through a bad run but two wins on the bounce has turned things around, we hope.

FT: Burnley 1 (Rodriguez 94’ pen) - Swansea 0
I don’t want to see the useless ref David Webb for a while after gifting Burnley a penalty and three points.
Swansea were robbed of the draw their play deserved. What was Grimes supposed to do, play with his hands behind his back in the crowded penalty area.

They say it evens out over the season all these controversial decisions but it never seems to happen with Swansea.
Unlucky with the Cullen header that was going in before it was cleared off the goal line.
Now we have two weeks to sit on that defeat before we face Leeds.
If only we had a decent striker we would have gained a lot more points.
