Please refrain from dethroning the thread for once stop your fkin squabbling. If you don't have any meaningful to add to OP post please refrain from the thread thank you.
Totty I disagree on the players he has he plays to his strengths he is weak and stubborn individual and that boads well as to why he can't manage in the premier league.
He doesn't play Solomon yet he played against one of the best teams in the world and held his own superbly. Keep playing firpo arronson and the new rb and we won't get close to top 3.

Solomon has been injured for the most part and is clearly not fully match fit yet. Aaronson has had some good games as has Firpo. But guess what we are in the Championship and these players are at this level because they are inconsistent based against PL standards presently. If the team is getting results as they mostly are, DF will be hesitant to change things. Firpo is out for a while so it?s a chance for someone else now.

Haha Oz - you need to visit Yorkshire as that isn?t squabbling.

Farke definitely tries to play risk free football hence why you see players always cutting back in field and often passing back to protect the ball. Against the ?low block? we often become stuck and appear to be in an endless loop of recycling the ball without any discernible progrsss which can be boring to watch.

Against sides that try to play against us then there is more space so we don?t have to recycle backwards quite so much and it tends to work.

It also tends works against teams who try the low block but are poor defensively.

It still creates the odd chance when not working which then puts a premium on the striker burying it and we all know how chance conversion often works for us.

Not sure if it is boring or frustrating. Suspect it is more the latter but we are all bored of the frustration.

What is annoying is that when the tactics clearly aren?t working on a given day we don?t seem to adapt early in the game and the typical change is just to throw every attacking player we have on the pitch which then looks like the players are confused.

If you watch football for the exciting moments and to see players take on other players then it can be annoying as the system seems to override everything else.

It?s interesting with City that when they have key players out that they also seem to sometimes get stuck against good defensive when possession is valued over everything else.

Like many Leeds fans of my age, we're not quite sure when this entertainment tag at all costs gotta grip - maybe O'Leary ?
As just winning before him was enough & for most Leeds fans now aged under 40 following the dark League 1 games it was ok back then too - when all we hoped for then was a long ball for Beckford to latch onto & snatch the points basically regardless if often boring.

Unlike my family I only started going to ER from circa 1991 season under Wilko & can remember the following season 92/93 watching some dire ER stuff as a young kid but we never seemed to lose at home regardless of the stuff we played not been great.
So yep, seen some grim stuff offered up North for sure over my years watching.
But winning was never boring - maybe 'mundane to watch' is an honest description.

When I perceive a situation & try understanding a concept of an alternative point of view (such as that of another individual), then for me my brain is influenced by being engaged into what is called the "Socratic method", which one Psychiatric wig informed me of.
So being tagged professionally as a follower of listening & asker of questions, I suppose it'll lead others to their own better conclusions when contemplating what I have to say. 🤗

Admittedly I do tend to be more open minded, curious, positive & intrinsically motivated by patterns & sequences in what I see, study & say, especially with football on here when giving opinions & always (usually) enjoy everyone giving their own too.
Just my view, even if it's bizarre for some to digest & but all is based on analysis facts observed originally by human eyes noting what is happening during the duration of a match & what has been happening on the the training ground of TA.
So it is balanced, through my eyes & logical - in the present club circumstance I'm happy to see win's presently of any fashion got, as are my mates who still troop all over the UK to attend games at considerable expense dreaming again of the so called promised land of PL shores.

Roy Keane summed it up Totty, the ?Prawn Sandwich Brigade?, arms folded waiting to be entertained, seems FM/X Box has developed many knowledgeable coaches these days.
I?m one of those saddo?s who enjoyed watching Italian football in the 7/8ts, with masterful defensive displays.
And these days I still appreciate an obviously lesser talented team going up against a far superior team with a great defensive display.

I also prefer red to white ball cricket

    Just saying 😀

Like me you started following this club in there hay days. So watching them like now days turns you off and my thinking is what has happened to this club. We have gone from greedy owners to corrupt ones and to crazy Italians. Now we are owned by Americans whose only interest is money. I don't think I will see the glory days again and hope that you do.
