Not for me. His last good season was 2019/20 with Saints when he bagged 22 goals from 38 appearances. Has been nothing like so productive since in his spells at Villa and West Ham. We do need a 15/20 goal a season striker but it isn’t Danny imo.Originally Posted by ballcock

He wouldn't be our main striker he would play off the bench. If we could get him on a 2 year contract for 35k a week it would be a no brainer.

Danny is 32 now and has been plagued through out his career with injuries, I doubt he will play in the Premier league again.

Funny thing is Sub-I think some of those 13 goals were against us if I remember correctly.
