Its the inconsistancy that pees people off not so much the many views we get of things. I watched the sending off at Citeh yesterday and fail to see why that is nit different from the Bent incident..
Ella is right, if only he had given himself a couple of seconds...
The standard has gone backwards without a doubt, we don't need Sky to tell us that.

Surely a few aspects could be copied.

I am in favour of goal line technology and maybe offsides. Nothing else. Rugby has gone over the top in my view. The England France game seemed to use the Video ref almost every time.

I would put the 4th official on the pitch. One ref in each half. No excuse then for being miles behind the play. Much easier to see the "blind side" shirt pulls because you are running toward the ref not away.
If an incident happens on the half way line. The most experienced ref makes the call.
Subs are responsibility of the team, with huge penalties for breaking whatever rules there are.

Too complicated... 2 refs, sounds like school football. The most experienced ref might not be the most competent ref..
UEFA have those tools standing on the goal line with a stick.. Not sure I have ever seen one give a decision.
