Thread: Music for the Euros - Part 18 - Southern Ireland

  1. #11
Northern Ireland. So which group are Southern Ireland in, since that 'country' ceased to exist in 1922. You must really enjoy being a bigot to keep going like this? What will you be like if Wales win

There is no such country as Southern Ireland. It doesn't even make geographic sense to call it this as the most northerly part of the island is in the Republic of Ireland.

Thanks for clearing that up. If Northern Ireland are also there, no other team can be "Ireland"

Maybe not. But it does get some people foaming at the mouth.

But not enough to comment on the music.

Sorry, what? we'll just agree that you have some difficulty in recognising that Ireland is an independent country. You probably still call Zimbabwe by its colonial name of Rhodesia, silly wee bigot.

so you're using bigotry to get a rise out of people on here just because you got your arse kicked by the russians? that's clever.

Firstly, if it were true, it would be "Ireland (singular) IS an independent country", or at least it (singular) WOULD BE if the whole of it was one country and independent.

Secondly, Ireland is no more of an independent country than Korea.

Picking up on a typo, desperate stuff, billy. good to see you're getting a bit embarrassed by the disgusting bigotry you're bringing to this forum during a celebration of what Europe is good for. Don't let your arse hit the Brexit door on your way out of Europe, ok Nigel :/

Don't try and kid on it was a typo. Otherwise you would have typed "Ireland id" or "Ireland ia" or similar

I don't have to kid on anything. You're a bigot, you don't have to kid on about that, either. You started off saying you were on the wind-up, now you're trying to defend your position by mentioning other countries around the world. Both North and South Korea are sovereign states, as is Ireland. Northern Ireland is not independent, it is part of the UK. You're making a fool of yourself here, although I think that's quite common for you.
