I have had to smile a few times today whilst looking on Fakebook. Quite a few referring to the millions who've had the jab plus those wanting it as "sheep". One even claimed that snow makes 5G more effective so they'll be better able to track the inocculated.......

We'll have snow tomorrow and it will be on the ground for maybe a week..... what then?

There are some stupid folk about.

This is an interesting read, fairly non-partisan considering the source. our almost world-leading vaccine performance is down to good decision making, excellent forward planning, Trumpscepticism and yes, a few lucky bets. It also identifies an inclination back to nationalism when the chips are down

Frankly, Andy, I find it risible and a little scary that Hancock cites the film ‘Contagion’ as a significant contributor to his vaccination policy.
I’d have thought there might just be better, more expert, sources of advice available.

Whatever next...is future NHS policy likely to be based on storylines from ‘Casualty’? Will education policy be based on Williamson’s fondly remembered favourite episodes of ‘Grange Hill’?

The Government has done very well indeed - so far - as far as the programme of vaccinations is concerned. I’m genuinely grateful for that, but let’s face it...they needed to...they’d completely ****ed up till then and all things Brexit related seem to be rapidly going to hell in a handcart.

    Your opinion RA only.
COVID, no experience, no yardstick, no guide book to follow.
Captain Hindsight says Labour would have done the same but better? Whatever that means.

As for Brexit, in what way? Everyone knew there would be issues. But these issues are from the EU side and mearly underline what a box of **** the empire is. The discontent in the EU is growing, as more and more arguments break out among themselves. Von der Liar, has isolated Dublin and is back tracking on the article 16 embarressment she imposed, making her look a berk.
So going t hell? I think you're having a giraffe.
The same anti Tories screaming and moaning, but everyone else sees it for what it is. The polls show a widening gap with Johnsons popularity.
He may be a clown, but it really shows how poor and credible opposition is in this country.

Now if only they had handed the organisation of test and trace to the local experts, local authority's and NHS, who knows we might have had a significantly lower number of deaths.

Its perhaps significant that the decisions on vaccines and the vaccination programme were largely left to the experts to sort out, yes politicians made the right call in approval and that is in stark contrast tot he Eu where the politicians interfered and took control which has backfired.

But test and trace is going to be the key to life getting back to normal, the vaccine is not going to be a panacea without that and also we need other countries to be at the same stage as well.

But as ever Johnson and the government do one thing right and the multiple **** ups before resulting in unnecessary deaths are it seems overlooked.

Lol...nice joke, but honestly Tricky you need to stop being so divisive.

I concede I don’t like or support what this Government stands for but I will applaud what they do well.

You on the other hand are just ridiculing all those who stand against your view of the World whether it be Sturgeon (Fandabbydozy), Starmer (Capt. Hindsight), or the EU (Von der Liar)

But it’s not just ‘your opinion RA only’ and it’s not just ‘the same anti Tories screaming’ about Brexit...more and more people are cottoning on to this not being what they were ‘sold’ approaching five years ago or even four**** months ago in December 2019.
