    Signings

So looks like we've spoken to two defenders (assume Leigh is one) so positive that we are looking early to make signings
Looks like a midfielder is key so assume Grant may move on and doubt Ness will return
On the other hand hoping Toots may stay now and looks as tho shearer been given opp to leave opening the door for Rachubka to return...
Hoping Tate will return too & Coco signs new deal

Heard that Southend and Millwall interested in Granty, as for Ness I'd have him back if we could seal a deal from Stoke.

I think Tate will be a non-starter as the local press are reporting that we are interested in a Championship defender who played last season.

Coco and Toots signing would be like having two new signings for the club.

A lad at work this morning has said that Ness could become a permanent move, I know he was happy at his time at the club last season.

    Fingers crossed.

I think the two defenders will be Leigh and Tate. Wouldn't be disappointed with them either, especially if we can get Toots to re-sign.

Would love Nessy back too. Colclough needs to repay the club for our patience & support with him by signing but who knows what he'll do.

We'll file Shearer under the 'Davis mistakes' folder, and Rachubka under the 'Davis successes' - but would the latter play second fiddle to Ben?
