They ran us ragged last year, pre season and are a well drilled team.

It will be interesting to see Duane Holmes the S****horpe United midfielder signed from Huddersfield Town in 2016 on a free transfer, who was coached by my son for Altofts juniors until Huddersfield Town came in & placed him in their acadamy.
Has a youngster Duane was a skillful player his potential was there, hence town coming in for him, watched him many times for Altofts, Town released him in 2016, where has S****horpe United signed him.
I mentioned him in a posting on our forum when released by Town, the American / English player might have been a asset to our team, now aged 22.
My son is meeting up with him at NYS on Saturday, Duane has never forgot my son, always a pair of match tickets when he was at Town.

It could be an interesting game.
I'm meeting a pal of mine for a pint before the game. He's a Scunny season ticket holder and goes to a lot of their away games as well. He reckons they have been pretty dreadful this season even though they're eighth and apparently a lot of Scunny fans think Alexander could get the bullet if they lose to us because they believe he has lost the dressing room.
I just hope we hammer them 😊

I think we are improving each match as a team.It is the team spirit that stands out which PW has put together.I can't see any reason why we shouldn't win this.Frecks will be missed but we have a few options. UTM

Last tues also. Vaulks must be a athlete. Got a shot on him. Time now to impress. You know what the side is going to be. Just left side. As I've said Mattock can put a good ball in. Play JCH up front with Moore, drifting on the left.

Gunna be a tough game this in my opinion, but our home form is good enough to win us the game, don't think there'l be a glut of goals, i'll go 2.0 us.
