    LS&T, just a small correction re the Sabella purchase.....and briefly....Harry had options of the majority of the WC winners and sold options for Ardilles and Villa to Spurs for the fee we used to buy Alex. Was more complex than that and mainly involved Harry knowing talent but the board not backing him (never heard that before have we?).

    Perhaps we shudda employed owd Happy as a scout rather than manager Chippy? Alejandro was a delight to watch when he had the ball but he signed at the wrong time for us(agein squad on the way down to div3)he wasn't strong enuff to withstand the physical part of the English game. UTCB

    I note that on Z they have us winning the FA cup twice and being runners up once. The realty is that we have won it four times ( more than Sheffield day after Tuesday) and have been runners up twice.
