    Mason Mount...

    I will have to hold my hand up on this lad.

    When Southgate picked him at first, I thought, "just another Chelsea player being fast tracked".

    He works hard, has bags of quality, he can pick a pass, is full of justified self-confidence and knows where the net is.

    Him and Phil Foden might at last give us a proper midfield platform to work from.

    BT --I have to agree, they are two excellent players and they both work so hard.

    Bloody hell Sub, the old fool will be getting big-headed, I agree with him as well. Foden goes without saying, but I wasn't convinced about Mount six months ago, but the more I see of him, the more I like him, a proper footballer.

    I used to have similar views of Alex Oxy acetylene but .. Hope the new guys prove better.
