Opening statement, the blowpoke is not there and it was used as the murder weapon. Closing statement, we never said the blowpoke was the murder weapon. It was as good as shambolic.

Fit aboot the boy jumping on the sponge?

Even if he was guilty. He in no way should have been locked up on the evidence used
What about the other almost identical death in Germany ? The fact that the crime scene was cleaned up ? He even dated the editor of the series and he pleaded guilty in the end.

Another good series is the keepers about a nuns murder in Baltimore

The one in Germany was a cluster of f@ck ups too which made the evidence even more flimsy. They guessed the time of death without even checking for rigor mortis

I'm not saying he didn't do it as I really don't know.

I'm just saying that to go down with that evidence and for 12 people to have no doubts whatsoever with that evidence put in front of them is something I find truly astounding

Ill download that when I'm home. Cheers for the heads up

Just finished it so I feel I'm in a position to clear up this case once and for all.

He killed her. No way she got all those slices on her head from falling down a few stairs. He whacked f*ck out of her.

The gay escort boy in the court was funny as f*ck.

Not saying he didnt. What im saying is, theres no way someone should go down when the prosecution is as terrible as that. It was a mess. The has to be no reasonable doubt. No way 12 jurors didnt doubt any of that

Even the judge said in the second last or last episode

America is clearly full of mongs if a jury of 12 people can unanimously agree what they agree. Not a f@cking braincell between the c@nts(it is North Carolina so the gene pool must be limited)

              Great viewing though

And coincidentally the lawyer defending Mike Peterson (David Rudolf) is in Aberdeen at the Lemon Tree on the 20/1. Ill take that on I reckon
I listened to a series of podcasts about that affair..........that's the one where his defence was "it was an owl"?

Yes the documentary doesn’t touch on that part of the defence

Big thumbs up. Paul Dano is one of the best actors ever and Benicio Del Toro and Patrica Arquette we're equally as good.

Never heard of it to be honest. What is it?

Caught manhunt online on ITV last night. Thought it was real good to be honest, didn't realise episode 2 was on tonight so hopefully get in it on catch up.

While i'm logged in and on the tv thread can someone please put Jimmy Carr, 8 out of 10 cats and big fat f*ckin quiz of the year out their misery.

Also caught some jonestown documentary on one of the not so legal websites, presuming there is an episode 2 out there somewhere? Anyone know?

Can't work out which one I hate but find funnier.

Charlie being engaged to the 14yr old Thai girl shouldn't have been as funny as it was.
