I am the experts. I’m a little disappointed that you went looking elsewhere on this.

    • GoT S08 E03 was cool to watch but made zero sense and was full of continuity errors. Most of the main characters should have died. And then they killed off the f.ucking night king. I thought this show was meant to be about the living vs the dead and the all the political manoeuvring and back stabbing for the throne was the side show. Guess I was wrong...

This guy sums it up pretty well

I disagree, I thought it was excellent and Arya killing the NK was plausible since she's been training to be a killer from basically episode 1.

To be clear, I don’t really care that it was Arya that killed him. More that they killed him and the army of the dead off so early. Personally, that was the only story arc I wanted to see and had hoped they’d make it to kings landing at least.

What was with all the “Winter is here” and “The Long Night” hype? That lasted about an hour and all this sh1t with Bran and the 3ER / NK? Fu.cking nonsense. So much for “the long night”. They’d been building up the white walkers from the very first scene of the first episode of the first series and that’s the way they end it? It was pretty hollow imo.

I don’t know if you watched that link I posted (it’s 37 minutes long so don’t blame you if you didn’t) but to quote that guy:
“A song of ice and fire without the f.ucking ice”

          • To be fair, it was the fourth last episode. They've been spinning it out. The big story is who is going to take the throne.

I don’t know Aldo, I couldn’t give a f.uck who sits on the throne. I was hoping the zombies would win.

Fair enough. Three more episodes to see all those humans die.

It was always going to be a quiet episode after E3 but I found it a bit sh*t to be honest. I found it a bit all over the place.

What was Dani thinking? Just flying above King's landing enjoying the view. She should have learned her lesson when she dodged the big f*cking arrow thing before. Now another dragon down.

Still next episode should be exciting.

I wonder what tactics Mason would reccomend for breaching the walls.

Jon Snow didn't even pet his doggo goodbye ffs.

Also, King's Landing appears to have been relocated to the desert...

Noticed that as well. What a prick

I still enjoy watching it but I’m not really fussed about the outcome.

As for my Kings Landing battle plan, I’d just take off & nuke the entire site from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure

                          • Apparently a Starbucks coffee cup made it in to the post-war p*ss up.

Must admit I didn't clock it.

Yeah, kind of a weird episode. Half of it was place setting and then it turned crackers and had the characters acting oddly.

I thought Jon was just trying to be cruel to be kind wi Ghost but that might be a bit generous.

Liked the hark back to The Battle of Whispering Wood in series 1 where (due to budgetary constraints) Tyrion gets knocked out and thus we miss the whole battle.

I'm nae really fussed either. Jon and Dany are the two most boring characters in it but I reckon it's heading to her killing him, someone then killing her (Arya probably) and someone unexpected on what's left of the iron throne (Robyn Arryn? Gendry)
