What about the 2 space shuttle disasters then? They were both easily avoidable. Both times Nasa knew there was a problem but they thought it would be ok but it wasn't. 14 astronauts killed by stupidity.

His father owned a mechanical engineering business didn’t own the mines until Musk was almost 16. Left for Canada at 19 and went to the states after. Made his initial money from PayPal and no evidence his current wealth is from anything apart from his own work.
