Derek MacKay was the SNP minister texting a 16 year old boy to tell him he was cute. Now there was no crime committed, no charges brought forward so he’s an innocent man. Nobody will ever tell me that his behaviour wasnt f*cking appalling though. Salmond was cleared of all charges, in cases notoriously difficult to prove with Scotland’s top QC defending him. So legally he’s entirely innocent. The behaviour which he admitted to, still makes him a sleazy Jambo b’stard & would’ve seen him fired from every job in the uk.
