See also Watty Smith and Graeme Souness. Total failures in the greed is good league.

    • Mind you, the word was always that Robertson and Walford(?) did all the heavy lifting when they were together. Squealer was just a match day cheerleader.

Now he has Roy Keane as his coach........

But you’ve told us previously that McInnes is motivated by money, and already in a very well paid job for life with no pressure or demands

Why would he give up up such a cushy, lucrative number by running the risk of his whoring himself ending up with him leaving us ?

            • Derby County looking for a new manager. Will they show ambition & approach the best manager since Fergie?

Course not. Derby will go for a " name ".

More likely that their new manager doesn`t fancy Shinnie though , and he ends up back here after a year in the reserves.

The Lampard to Chelsea thing is odd ?
One season experience. Club on a transfer embargo . What could possibly go wrong ?

                  • Mason, Philip Cocus taking it supposedly. Whats he ever done as a manager bar three Eredivisies and a dutch cup. Derby are going for the wrong man

                    • It’s amazing how often clubs in that league get it so wrong

                      • Shinnie will be gutted as he's counting his money. That's guffball for you though. I still hope he does well.

                        • Chelsea would never have hired Lampard if he hadn't played for them. Like Solskjaer at Man U, he will be fired before Christmas.

                          • We might get one of their 5,797 players now that McInnes' pal is their assistant.

                            • I am glad that lampard has left Derby, i always had a worrying feeling that he might have loaned Shinnie to his mate at sevco.
