Is that why derek when he was getting offered roles where he was expected to reach a certain levels decided after soul searching he’d rather stay here where 3rd and the odd runners up place is celebrated ?

I think he's lost the plot with us now. He used to have total control and do a great job of it. Now I think there needs to be some oversight and help for him.

I knew what McInnes was like from St Johnstone.
He was boss there when they went about 8 games without a goal.

So would you still be happy with Jack Ross as our manager? Not having a go at you because i agree Mcinnes is finished but im dubious about Ross getting the job IF it became available (it wont) I just dont rate Ross very highly
