  • I'm hearing chatter that the huns are thinking about voluntary administration. This follows the statement last night regarding the wording " looking at all options" , but are wanting clarification about what punishment they would receive ie old club or new club.
Ican see whyb but I'm not sure is admin is an option for them since all the soft loans are from directors.

    • I see voluntary administration as an option when the nasty faceless bank is the big creditor that loses out but when it’s the 3 bears (Goldilocks should have killed the *******s when she had the chance) I don’t see them writing off their own loans to get another clean slate.

True, unless ofcourse they know that there isn't a rats chance in hell that the club can pay back those loans.

            It’s all in a plan.

They tried to have a shares option, which was not voted through.
These soft loans will be converted into shares as a way of paying off.

At their AGM on Nov 30th there will be a share issues passed which will convert their loans to shares.

Ashley’s votes blocked this last time by about 0.5%.
He’s not around this time to stop it.

Expect positive media spin in the papers on Dec 1st.

Yes, so that's the first clean slate...

So how is it possible to get "another" clean slate then. They ceased to exist

Next you will be telling me they will be going bust "again" or away to die "again"

If you think they get "another" clean slate it means you think they deserve to have 5 stars above their badge

                  • Admin = points deducted = no pressure for the rest of the season to finish 2nd.

                    • It was said at the time but........anyone on this site could have taken Sevco up the first couple of divisions without going into any debt at all.

                      • Surely that's just cheating again. Run up massive debts and then speak about clearing the debts of that way??
League position should be back to the 3rd division or better still the highland league.
Is this so they can get fresh money in to a debt free club for DM and the likes

Would the three bare arses be happy that the money they have loaned ranjizz would be gone in an instant if they go into admin again??

                            • In most countries the penalty for going into administration is automatic relegation, that would never happen here, it is far too sensible.

                              • I really don't see why it should be different in this country but the establishment will do everything in the powers they hold to KEEP them in the top tier while on the other hand if it was say......oh.....just anyone else they would be dropped like a stone into the next level of the game.........................BUT....everyone needs a strong [email protected] WE DONT.......we need a level playing field with the same rules for every club.
