If not get the Ab-Mad Police squad to help you out.
      You're talking sh1te.
The link with Ashley/Newcastle/Morelos/Huns and the huns not getting a penny for him is nonsense.
      Ashley wants out of Newcastle.
No chance he'd forsake £5m-£10m or whatever due to him for Sports Direct, and take a player for Newcastle instead

That may be true or not. I'm not validating the suggestions, just posting that there have been some

        Why not?
If its the most likely way to get anything out of SevCo, add value on Newcastle's books which may in a small way help any potential sale.
At the same time it screws SevCo out of what is perceived to be their biggest asset (reported from Traynor at least). Ashley may indeed enjoy sticking the proverbial middle finger up at SevCo.

Fcuk it, Morelos is not enough, he should go for Tavernier as well

        • Apparently Milne Homes lost a court battle with Soapy Titwank and son bricklayers over a breach of contract. Milne has agreed to send Stevie May to do a few shifts for them as payment.

          • SevCo would be laughing if they cleared that debt and only lost Alfred. Surely if its in the courts they would make sure ashleigh got his cash no matter if they said they could afford it or not.

            • A couple of quotes from the judge aimed at the sevco secretary James Blair.

"accused of being unconvincing in his evidence"

"untruthful in his dealings at the time"

Obviously learned everything he knows from the glib and shameless liar. Once a scumbag club, always a scumbag club

              • It took the beeb a whole day to notice that Sevco had lost another court case

A judge rules the club should have granted Mike Ashley's company the chance to match a replica shirt deal.

To be fair, sevco lose a lot of court cases.

                  • Would make my summer if Sevco went t1ts up, almost as much as it did when Rangers died in the summer of 2012.

This time, would surely be terminal.

Any financial gurus out there who can shed any light on how bad, sorry, good, things have got, in the light of the Ashley ruling?

Well, if the Elite . Hummel deal was reported to be worth £10M to SevCo, you could be damned sure that they would have been expecting to make quite a margin to cover that costs and make it a viable worthwhile investment.

As a minimum, you’d be looking at about £20M to provide a 50% CM

Except you can never believe anything reported in the weegia regarding Sevco. If it was reported as being worth £10M to Sevco, you can be fairly sure it would be worth nothing like that to them. I don't know enough about these things to speculate on the real sums involved.

What is clear is that they are going to be told to pay SDI a substantial amount in damages, and it seems that Hummel will be suing as well due to the loss of revenue caused by the mess they have made of it. I don't think that the number of tops they sold out of the back of a burger van before a pre-season friendly is going to cover it.

And no way will SDI accept a deal on Morelos or any other player to Newcastle in payment of that debt.

Yeah, I get that and also consider that it would have been paid in stages over the term of the agreement.

I read that Elite / Hummel had withheld a £1.4M start of season payment because of the debacle
