What a chance we had - a once in a lifetime opportunity to change the balance of power & the way the game is run & structured up here - yet the rest of the clubs, led front & centre by that despicable cuunt Milne, couldnt wait to get things back to exactly the way they were with the two club duopoly.

Maybe I should, but I cant "move on" from that - its unforgiveable.

So now we're right back where we were with absolutely no chance of changing anything.

Tell me Stuarty, was 5-0 last Saturday good for Scottish fitba? Cause it sure fuuckin wasnt good for me or AFC.

    Cuunt.
That is spot on, its phucking disgusting that Milne is our Chairman.

Just for the record, guys like Turnbull Hutton stood up to the corrupt clunts running our game, wee sh1te bags like Milne didnt.

Granted of you are talking strictly at a legal level then yes they may have a different registered business name but in a sporting sense it's still the same club. I'm into sport not business.

Anybody that doesn't see that is just living in a fantasy land. I get that it was a good way of winding them up for a while but in all honesty it just makes us look daft now.
This is a decent point to be fair.

They play at the same ground, wear the same colours, use the name and most importantly are supported by the same scumbag fans.

If it looks like a turd and smells like a turd then it is most probably a turd.

And before anyone starts with the "Is it the same Granny/same dog" analogies i've already heard them all. Good for winding up the Huns but very little else i'm afraid.

The former club died a painful death
            History wiped
Football fans of other clubs will only know them as Sevco
Thats the bottom. The Huns just cannot accept it, but we can

              The voice of reason.

I'm sure like me you wish they did kill them off and ibrox was demolished but they were allowed to survive and the rest is as they say history.

              Well done Milne & co.

There was nothing sporting about the business activities of the deceased club. Indeed, they used their illegal dealings in the business world to improve their onfield performance to the unfair disadvantage of all other clubs domestically, and dominated Scottish football for a period as a consequence.

I like the purity of this Cornthian spirit of separating the sporting and business aspects but they're entwined.

If there is one thing that hasn't changed between the old and new entity is they have absolutely no scruples in spending money they don't have to be successful on the pitch.

Do you know they dont have the money. As if they dont UEFA will be knocking on their door

                  Key points

To play in Europe you have to submit you last three years books. If you are breaching FFP then you dont get a licence. Is this the third year they have been in Europe?

Also because they are a phoenix club of a bust team UEFA will be watching. You look at the teams who have been banned from Europe. The biggest name probablly Milan followed by Galatasaray. They dont go for the CL super clubs as that would be bad for business. They go for "second tier" teams. I think sevco fall in the bracket(UEFA see them as the same club). If they are breaking the rules they would be caught out

But even though UEFA see them as the same club they wont be sucked up to like the SFA do. Unfortunatley getting to the groups of the UEFA cup has made them good money

I agree. It’s all the arse lickers that helps them kid on they are the same club and nothing except for a cash flow problem was wrong with the club. The original Rangers cheated, didn’t pay their way and died as a consequence. This new club was allowed access because of the lack of integrity of the likes of Stewart Milne. Scottish football didn’t need a strong Rangers also, it was the last thing it needed. We needed honesty and a new structure to our game. Having another Rangers has destroyed our countries chances of producing better clubs....the money men and the arse lickers made sure of that!

                          Wow that is horrendous.

Can you imagine the meetings with the wedding planner? "Right we'll have a wee speech from the father of the bride, photo opportunity with the cutting of the cake and just after that we'll sing a song a bout f*cking the pope and the irish republican army, we'll get all the kids involved, it'll be great"

I agree with you there RJ.
As much as Milne is at fault for taking the opportunity to change the balance of power in Scotland, I can’t understand how some are happy to let them sweep it under the carpet and let them falsely believe they are the same club.
They are not and never let them forget it.
