  • Falkirk have again fluffed the chance to get promoted after losing 2-1 at Firhill. They are still top but only by three points and having played a game more than Livi.

    • Falkirk doing their best to throw promotion.
They could have clinched it weeks ago, but I suppose with McGlynn, their manager, being a jambo. He has instilled the famous Hearts loss of bottle at title run ins.

I'd still prefer to see them up over Livi.

          They are utterly deluded.

Callum McGregor - ‘The sky’s the limit with this team’.

No Callum the SPL title is your limit. You know the league where your wage bill is as much as 30 times higher than your rivals.
Outside of that you have proven to be absolutely mince. Fool.

            • So Falkirk eventually made it up. Good.

Hopefully Ayr can get up too. Not that I particularly care for them, just something different for our league. Them or Thistle.

I can't see any Championship team beating any of the teams who end up in the play off position. Maybe Livi at a push if being generous, but please don't let it be them.

              • St Johnstone will be requiring snookers to stay up as it stands.

Hibs lead the PJMs 2-0, which is both good and bad news for us.

If Plastic Whistle come up, I hope their ground staff have bought a new brush!

                  • Hearing Sevco had a pre-match display which may have tested legality.
I'm sure they'll be held to account for it.

                    • They really pushed the boat out with that one. Such a weird club

                      • In a rare example of modern fitba being worth watching, this Barcelona-Inter Milan tie has been tremendous entertainment - both legs ending 3-3. We're in extra time now.

For whatever reason, I came up with a question: how many Jeppe Okkels (clone him) would it take to defeat the best team in the world. They're restricted to 11 players; team Jeppe can field however many it takes.

My answer is substantially lower than the ones I received from assorted friends/family, but let's hear it from you zoomers first.

I think me and 19 mates could defeat a hand picked team of superstars. 20 cloned Jeppe Okkels would have no problem

                          • Hmm, not sure about that Mason min. 20 regular joes? You'll have to convince me.

But professionals, agree. I went with 18. My brother said 38 he's nae much of a fan, you'll surmise.

I was going to say 21, basically two bodies on each outfield player

Assuming they are the same age as football players about 20 should do it, but if it's a bunch of auld mannies, about 40.
