Red Bull took over a nobody lower team not actually from Leipzig. But the rest of Germany agreed to thison the aasurance that they started at the bottom but they didnt as they just took the licence of the team they took over and started in 6th tier. Another agreement was they werent to chuck stupid amounts of money at it like other red bull teams. They said they wouldnt, they did and got promoted every season from their starting point in 2010.There was nothing anyone could do about it as there isnt actual rules against it. Something along those lines
