      Well, considering the other glaring ****-ups in the old drunk’s narrative, it would be no surprise to discover that he actually means a sell-on clause for Doug Fraser, who we sold to West Brom in 1963, and who The Throstles (far did that Baggies pish come fae?) sold on to Nottingham Forest in 1971.

        • It’s a decent enough read, but the elementary mistakes, including some glaring editorial and layout gaffes make it look amateurish at times. That’s like having some blindfolded 5 year old perform root canal work on me with a 9mm masonry drill bit affixed to a 1970s Black & Decker stuck on hammer setting.

            The book is pretty disjointed and doesn’t have much flow to it. Some interesting stories though (even if the writer seems a wee bit up his own erse).
