Ah ok,a bit old now but I’m sure he will do a job for them.Originally posted by RedStarTorphins View PostThis afternoon
Been training with them for a week or so
Interesting to see how their manager gets on,good start anyway although he claims he wants to win the league with St Mirren which is a bit Paddy Kenny like.
Mind you an attitude like that will get red john wanting him to be our next manager

No disrespect intended towards you but I find it odd that the majority on here spend all their time on here going on about how pish all of our players are yet think we should be able to beat the cheeks to the title.Originally posted by Jupiter View PostSevco are even more shiite than Timmy, but we will still pee our pants against both of them.
The reality is they are both shyte but better than us because the SPFL is a poor competition.

Here’s an interesting fact for you, when we punted Calderwood Willie Miller wanted Craig Levein as our manager but he said no so we went for Mark McGhee instead.Originally posted by RED_JOHN View PostYou should have kept that until tommorow evening as you might have had a few up for it.
I’m not sure what’s more depressing, wanting Craig Levein and him turning us down or appointing McGhee as our manager.

Craig Levein wouldn’t have had Celtic pumping us 9-zip. McGhee was an embarrassment as manager from the very first minute he accepted the job.Originally posted by rico94 View PostHere’s an interesting fact for you, when we punted Calderwood Willie Miller wanted Craig Levein as our manager but he said no so we went for Mark McGhee instead.

That’s because he is more defensive than McInnes and Craig Brown combined. Are you forgetting about the 4-6-0 game?Originally posted by RED_JOHN View PostCraig Levein wouldn’t have had Celtic pumping us 9-zip. McGhee was an embarrassment as manager from the very first minute he accepted the job.
I thought one of your biggest gripes with McInnes was he is too defensive?
Now you are a fan of Levein,he would be replacing like for like.
You should have stuck with Lennon min

Now now, you are getting ahead of yourself here. I never said I wanted Levein as manager.Originally posted by rico94 View PostThat’s because he is more defensive than McInnes and Craig Brown combined. Are you forgetting about the 4-6-0 game?

In fairness to the normally defensive structure he insists on he is doing it differently this season. Hearts are scoring goals and looking dangerous. McInnes on the other hand is just being dangerous.
Lennon is still my choice for replacing McInnes but Clarke is definitely another I wouldn’t mind.Last edited by RED_JOHN; 14-09-2018, 10:11 PM.

Still plenty of time for Hearts to Hibs it.Originally posted by RED_JOHN View PostNow now, you are getting ahead of yourself here. I never said I wanted Levein as manager.

They've only played one team of note so far, got a refereeing decision to help them against Killie and still have plenty games to come that they will drop points

I hope we do the business against Hearts whenever we play them. But I have to say, they are doing something right so far this season (That’s me probably f@cked it for them now!)Originally posted by afc1903mad View PostStill plenty of time for Hearts to Hibs it.

I agree with you in regards to Clarke being our next manager, the problem is he still sings from the same hymn sheet as McInnes in 2 defensive midfielders and 1 striker up front.Originally posted by RED_JOHN View PostNow now, you are getting ahead of yourself here. I will give you the fact that Lennon is more attack minded but there would be plenty of folk moaning on here if he was signing the likes of Ambrose and Bogdan and we were conceding goals for fun.
