Sadly this looks like their down season and we are nowhere close to having a squad that can take advantage. It's pure and simple negligence from the Board and Milne in particular
I got laughed at many times last deason for sating we missed an opportunity as the pigs were off the boil. I always got told "the can step up a gear". I dont think they could. 7 draws and a defeat at the pig sty. Thats not lile them at all. Someone needed to have the balls to take it to the pigs and nobody stepped up. Now we have seriously regressed wben a genuine opportunity seems to be opening up

This season i think Hearts are genuine contenders. I really dont like them but the league has only been once out Glasgow in my life and im 34. Its about time that changed. It certainly wont be us so f@ck it if they do it ill take doth my tourie to them

I realise this is still very much David Hopkin's style of play so it will be interesting to see if Holt continues with what is currently working or if they become any better to watch once he puts his stamp on the team
I might be wrong here but is their recent success not more down to the coach David Martindale (who I had never heard of) rather than Hopkin or Holt?

From what I heard it was him that wasn’t happy with Miller so that’s why he was moved on.

I'm probably one of those that thought that Celtic could step it up last season (as they did in pretty much every important game). However they are weaker this year as they have not replaced Dembele and Armstrong, two major misses for them, so there is a real chance if someone can get over 80 points. I'm not yet sold on Hearts though but might change that view if they get a result next weekend at Iprix as whilst sevco look sh1te away from home, they look as though they will be pretty good at home. I think your tourie might yet be safe!!

Just waiting for the SPFL to tell us that based on polis advice after today's shameful scenes and to ensure public safety sevco have to play all remaining games at home. That's the only way they are winning the league this season

                • Definitely the best way to cut out violence in Scottish football is to make sure Rangers win every game.

About time that English a'rsehole came out and told us that it was in a contract he inherited.

                  • Somehow I can't see the SFA punishing Sevco for today's incident. If that happened in a European game, their fans would be banned from 2 or 3 away games.

Looks good, what sort of capacity as it looks like it could be around the 20K or so that we would need. What about other facilities that they have there for the fans outside the stadium, anything we could copy?

                            Its just shy of 18k

Around the ground wasn't too great. Ive seen fan friendlier places (Valerenga was to of the pops)

There is a huge supporters bar with multiple screens throughout. You can access the empty stadium from there(see the empty photo). Its cool to do. But the bar was immediate serving although it was rammed. I stood and watched Heracles v Emmen on the box while most folk watched the grand prix on the other screens, but soon as I wanted a pint I got one.Good pre game watering hole, well set up.

Away end was safe standing. Quite common thing that I have noticed. Pictured right of the giant strip in the empty photo

There was a 3g pitch next to the ground where kids could have a kick about, which a lot of kids seemed to do. It did say it was a fanzone so I don't know what else it entailed as I walked past on my quest for a scarf and a pint.

Club shop was huge. It was joined on to the museum which was free to enter

Free shuttle busses to the train station which was good as I was heading straight to the airport after

The cleanest toilets ive ever seen a fitba ground too. Didn't want to take a photo as that would have looked weird

As a stadium I cant fault it. Im no new build fan but I appreciate one when I see one and this is a good een. Also see the Swissproarena in Luzern, Weststadion in Vienna and Galgenwaard Stadion in Utrecht(A top stadium that) We would never have a ground like it as its four separate stands. Stands are almost vertical there. Atmosphere was excellent too. So out of all new build ive been too this would be a good one to be like

Hollands very much my favourite fitba destination these days. Going back for Go Ahead Eagles in January

More chance of Livingston getting punished for not policing the game properly. Probably get their stadium closed for the rest of the season and docked 14 points

I still don't think ours will be funded but if I'm wrong I agree with you that one looks pretty good, the curves make the difference versus the box shape diagrams for our one. A huge supporters bar I think would be essential for us (and a good money making opportunity) but won't hold my breath.

I like the idea of free shuttle buses, wonder why we didn't think of that
