  • They're going to decide on Tuesday when or where or if the 2nd leg will be played.

Next year's final will be one game at a neutral venue which would have been a good idea for this year.

      • The winner gets to play in the Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi next month, they could play the 2nd leg over there. Their polis wouldn't put up with any trouble.

        • Well done to the AFC under 16 team in winning their equivalent of the Scottish Cup against Hertz 1-0. I see that Hertz had two men sent off after straight red cards - obviously being schooled in the hertz way from a young age

            • I spent the day with AEK fans prior to a Europa League game v Austria Vienna. Affa affa nice blokes. Was totally apprehensive to start as Greek fitba is a bit mad. This shows it

              • Excuse the record link but heres a vid of the AEK fire bomb

If that went a yard further it was a different story

                • AEK blaming the trouble on rogue Panathaniakos fans

Soumd like the huns in Manchester that "it wasnt us it was others wearing our shirts trying to tarnish our name"

Been to the Dam too many times to remember, mind you, that is probably understandable! however, only been to the Arena twice for games, no trouble there at all.....it was brutal in the city centre though and a lot of liberties were taken......not much time for the Greeks but the Cloggies can dish it out......does not condone in anyway whatsoever what happened in Athens though and hopefully EUFA close the ground for any remaining matches in that competition.

Lets hope you make it a bruising, physically draining encounter tonight

Aye , shame they're guaranteed to finish bottom of the group and have nothing to play for , though

Both teams have cup finals this weekend, however Rosenberg cannot qualify further in Europe, the mhinks obviously can/need to.....with this, I can see Rosenberg fielding an understrength team, probably youngsters, however, hopefully aging veterans that dislike Celtic and what they stand for.

Its true that Rosenborg are looking like they will field a weakened side, however technically they can still qualify, but are reliant on other results

They'd need to beat both Celtic and Leipzig and for Celtic to lose to Salzbug for it to go to head to head (they need a minimum 3 away goals against Leipzig)

So likelihood is they prepare for Sunday instead
