Assuming Scotland beat Bulgaria at home (big assumption), they’re not beating Serbia.
Serbia at home, at best is a 40% chance
Serbia neutral venue 25%
Serbia away 10%

Scotland just don’t have the know how or the players to qualify.
It’s a myth to say Scotland do have the players.
They don’t.
Players like Forrest, McGregor, etc are very good at SPFL level.
But they’ve proved they can’t hack it at Champions League qualifying level or against average international teams like Kazakhstan, Israel & Russia.
