    • There may be a twist in the tail.
Word is that Efie Ambrose, Morton's new signing who played, and I'd imagine contributed to their clean sheet, is suspended.

Nope. This was clarified by the BBC at full time. He was registered seven days ago, so served his suspension last Saturday. Morton kept everyone in the dark about his signature until a couple of days ago, and that’s where the fake news has come from.

It’s not as if they’re Banks O Dee who seem to have a shaky grasp of the requirements of registration and punishments for getting it farcically wrong, then mislead the world about the unfairness of their punishment by sending out a statement telling only 1/9 of the story. Tut tut.

          • I’m back watching Fradi

            £14 to get in
Best "south stand" seats in the middle.
            Beer at £1.60 a pint
            Even the food is good

…. and for £14, they compete well in Europe

              • If it's sour cream you're speaking of then it'll be langos, gorgeous but not sweet.

It's like a giant flat deep fried yorkshire pudding.

I just have mine with salt but the locals pile it high with garlic, cheese and sour cream.

It's the perfect food to have with beer.

My other half who is Hungarian refers to them as the Budapest Celtic. I thought she meant because they have similar colours but no she meant the establishment club aspect. Still could be worse given it is HUNgary. It did kind of put me off supporting them though.

                  • For sweet you need to go for kurtoskalacs ( chimney cake) best with cinnamon sugar.

They sell it all year round now but it's really a christmas thing.

The real Budapest Celtic ( amateur) play out of my local pub.

Fradi wear green and white but it's stripes now which isn't so bad.

Honved and Ujpest's grounds are just a pain in the a'rse to get to, making Ferencvaros my local club, even if I live in Terezvaros..

A popular choice at the Christmas markets over here too especially the Edinburgh one.

Ah yes. Langos. My memory was it was sweet. But probably just as I bought it from a wee shack around Late o clock after a " few beers ".
it was probably the cream that made me think of it as sweet. Rather like a rowie ( OK, Roll !! ) is savoury but,....sweet...!!

                          • You were obviously in the best condition to enjoy it to the full.

But it can and should be also eaten sober
                            It’s not a kebab

Oh no. I was in in fine fettle . Just forgot the name of the thing.

But I agree, I find it impossible to attempt eating a kebab sober. It`s a marker point of pishedness to reach kebab level.
