  • Mikey Devlin to be given a deal by Hibs until the summer!

Fair play to the loon to keep on going despite recurring set backs.

He’d have to pay for his own physio out on civvy street at least he stays having the clubs pay for it and stealing a wage.

Chances of him having a blinder and avoiding even the slightest injury whilst there?

Aye, he doesn't seem unduly concerned about "doing what it takes" to further his bank balance, so if they come calling with the right number he'll be in about quick sharp.
TBH though, he seems to have done well enough down there that a top flight Wendy team might have a sniff, a Fulham, Everton, West Ham type mob.

I'm surprised that took this long.

                      • Lewis Ferguson’s dodgy agent McMurdo punting him to the bigger Italian clubs. Neither of what he nostalgically refers to as ‘the Old Firm’ can afford him, he says, but is certain that he’ll eventually play in the English top league.

I think there’s a bonus for us in it if he gets a big move.

                        • Lead-swinging spoilt brat Cwith Maguire signs for Ayr United on a short contract to the end of the season. I hope he’s learned to be an Honest Man instead of the deceitful selfish little prick he was in his latter days at Pittodrie. I’ll never forgive him for hiding in the 2008 semi final v QOS.

Built a fairly decent career for himself in the English lower leagues, which I was surprised at. Never did much of note after leaving us though, although I am sure he will be minted, which seems to be the objective of every modern day footballer.

I was in an outdoor shop in Yorkshire and got talking to the breeks-vendor about fitba. He was a Sunderland fan and had nothing but praise for Maguire. Maybe he’s grown up a bit.

                              • To be fair to Bebo, Derby County, Sheffield Wednesday and Sunderland are names to conjure with, even if their glories are somewhat faded.
