An error prone team that leads to bookings and goals. Nothing has changed other than the players. Who coaches this into them?

I can?t see any improvement on last season, signings have looked a lower standard than what we had.

Thelin also hasn?t changed much, the subs tonight were ineffective, one point we had no striker on the field , you could argue the mast half hour we had no striker.

Strikers are supposed to score goals, we have signed 2 who have no credible consistently positive scoring record.

My main point is?.. Scandinavian and Scottish don?t normally do well in Europe, So why is our team full of them. Taken the last point into consideration what other outcome could we expect?

I would be genuinely surprised if we finished in the top 6 this season. The cup win is all but a distant memory now. It is time to get real and get this team of duds firing, as I sense a hell of a long frustrating, unconvincing, underwhelming season ahead .

It was a soft penalty but, if it had been the other way around, we'd have been shouting for it.
And if Jensen had dealt with the initial ball it wouldn't have been an issue.

Oh, and if only Sokler had lifted that shot early on instead of firing it straight at the keeper ...

I admire your positivity dd I try to be positive as well but I need to be convinced by all of the summer signings so far.

The Scottish cup win should have been a springboard to build on this season but recruitment has been poor, we should have spent decent money on a few experienced players instead of a bunch of project players to try to sell on for a profit.

The squad is overloaded with them now and I fear this is going to be another difficult season.

One summer signing started tonight. Tells it's own story.

Two came off the bench, with one down to the fact we had nobody else to play up front.

I always try to keep positive. I had faith in us lifting the cup when everybody had all but written us off.

I did think we started well, but just lost it after the sending off.
Any hope thereafter was killed by his subs. More Nilsen than Clarkson, but who he took off as well was surprising.

I might not be so positive if we get beat off Falkirk on Sunday.

I fear for Thelin if that happens.

I think serious questions need to be asked about our requirement team.They must have seen that Milanovic has no pace and only uses his left foot, thats not really great attributes for a winger.

It’s been over a year since we sold Miovski and the best we can come up with is Yengi?

To go into the Europa League playoff with him and Sokler as our only strikers is criminal.

Im happy enough if we sign Nisbet but the whole thing comes across as the last resort.

Whilst I am not going to have a go at any of the new signings, as it is way too early. I do wonder about our overall recruitment process.
It would also be great if we could get into a position where we have a settled squad that only needs minimal changes during windows. We look miles away from that at the moment.

As I have said, it would be nice if we signed a player that we have actually heard of and knew what they could do, before the pull on the jersey.

I almost totally agree with everything you have said mate apart from you say we only had Yengi and Sokler as our striker options for this game is nae actually 100% we also had Ambrose................... ok ok ok . I'll get ma coat.

Joking aside I am also happy if we bring Nisbet back but he really should have been back ages ago and in plenty time for the tie we just got fck all out of.
If it was him in that position for the sokler chance just over a minute in to the game we were off to a flyer and 1-0 up they would have shat the bed.
Why oh why oh fkn why is our recruitment team so p1ss poor.
In my humble opinion we currently have a far weaker squad now than we had at the end of last season and that is fkn scary. Because with the exception of the cup final, (where we also wirna all that great to be fair) but we got the tactics spot on
We were cr@p for long long periods last season and we all know that, and we have not taken a single step in the right direction.
Here's hoping the FMB have some aces to pull out of their sleeves in the next couple of days

I havent got a problem with us signing players from all over the world but we seem to have went from only signing players from the uk to not signing any players from the uk.

We should have been trying to sign Josh Mulligan from Dundee but it doesnt sound like we were even interested. I dont know if the requirement even look at these players but we should always be looking to sign the best young players from other Scottish clubs.

We would have been better off signing Mulligan instead of the Icelandic kid we signed. No disrespect to him because he might end up being a good player for us, but he clearly isnt ready for the first team and Mulligan is.

Games gone so onwards we go but I keep being told of video which shows FCSB player pushing Jensens arm towards ball at penalty.
