What is the land value of Pittodrie?

Not as much as it once was.

I think the value was about ?20 million, but suspect a lot less now.

Regardless of what it's worth, the council will likely sell it to a developer for a pound and claim it was a great deal.

Gnasher back it in P&J today, telling us about the ?1.6 billion benefit the stadium will being to the city and challenges the Council to get it done.

Do people still believe this 'economic benefit' argument often thrown around by liars and politicians.

I have no real issue with the Council being involved, but when we look at our economy and the country as a whole, it just doesn't appear feasible.

We as a club are just making excuses to not fund it ourselves. I have no problem with trying to entice the council to help out but in reality we should be doing it ourselves. Football is a business so act like a business.
I was hoping when Cormack came in especially after building the training facilities which were well overpriced that he would have got a new stadium built. I wouldn?t even mind if it was called Cormack Stadium etc.
The longer the club keep leaving it the more the costs will rise.
