Jim Bett is the best midfielder I have seen in a red shirt in all of my years of going to Pittodrie. Great 2 footed player who could run a game. Screamer on his debut against Hibs

Generally anyone who comes to us after them gets a pass (unless they’re obviously a cnut) but folks going the other way are dead to me.

Controversial I know, but Billy Dodds would be my exception. Genuinely didn’t want to leave Pittodrie and went via some tinky wee club first.

McCrorie just gave off the impression that he was still a hun at heart. That was hard to swallow. But he gave his all in a red shirt so no complaints overall. And a tidy wee profit.
