I'm not one for having a pop at players without a fair chance, but two seasons we've had shaymo and very little to suggest he is going to make it in his third season.

Richardson looked a poor footballer when we saw him, albeit he was lining up with Anthony Stewart which helped nobody.
He was loaned out to a high flying Stockport and played little in a team that was flying. He then went to Colchester who were battling relegation to the conference and finished the season on the bench making very brief cameos.

Gueye I am more than willing to see what he can do and we know Vinnie is a decent player, but is he going to be able to play Thelinball?

Of course there are plenty of examples of players who take time to settle into the club, but we have also had players who hang around the club like a bad smell and offer little.
I'm feel in the case of Morris and Richardson we should just cut our losses and move on.

Maybe it’s something others do and I’ve just not heard about it but impressed with how he’s handling Polvaras lay off.
Integrating him slightly into the coaching side so he feels involved with the first team and has a role as our set piece guru.

Gut feeling Polvara is pretty switched on. I expect fancy dan variations stat.

He still has plenty time to get more players in which we will desperately need. Ambrose looks like he won’t score a lot of goals based on what I have seen of him so far. Doohan looks more accomplished than the keeper we signed from St.Johnstone.
It’s early yet though and still plenty time to improve on performances.
Another clean sheet under Jimmy Thelin.
You can only beat what is put out in front of you and we looked like a team who should be able to step up a few gears as East Kilbride were never going to get anything from that match.

The manager says in his press conference that he's looking forward to his first game as manager at the Cathedral of Football tomorrow night.

I've had an email from Jimmy himself thanking me for being a Top Red DNA member.

That was good of him. None of the previous half-dozen managers ever bothered to email me.

He will hand delivery yours personally as he knows you are the one he has to convince most to keep him in the job.

Whilst most manager dread the vote of confidence from the Directors/Chairman, they dread your loss of confidence even more in these parts.

The more I read of him, the more I like.

Clarkson article where he’s almost expressing awe that Thelin insists on them saying hello to every member of staff when they see/pass them, stack their own chairs after meetings and pick their kit up off the floor etc

Apparently they left everything at their arse up to now.

Rotten these basic standards weren’t in place so well done Jimmy in enforcing them.

I’m find it increasingly difficult to moan about anything happening at the club just now. Being managed well, getting good results & doing great business with transfers, takes all the fun out it for me

That said, we should have a f*cking white away strip.

You could always complain about the imaginary new stadium

I`ll join iin on that. Dinna like thon " Fenerbace" yella monstrosity .

If they were going back to the roots, it should have been a proper Gold & Black stripey sark. Thicket the stripes the better.

That's because it reminds you too much of East Fife destroying Dumbarton :-)

All the rest though cannae argue with. Been a long time since we were in such a good place.

My son (who’s 20) got the away strip and for posterity’s sake got Miovski 9 on the back.

In the flesh I really like it, I have to say.

But will be thrilled with a return to white next season.

As for Jimmy, what’s not to like? Seems like the real deal.
