Fan park and club shop

So I decided to travel up for.the match yesterday to sample the fan park and to get the new shirt.
Nothing changes with that aspect of.the club in regards to being ready for the new season.
The fan park was embarrassing, metal fences in a small square, a stage playing tracks from a phone and a madri cart with an umbrella! No seating, hardly anyone there and no thinking behind it.
The club shop had small and medium shirts, if you wanted anything larger it was the goalies shirt!
Why oh why do the club bother to advertise things if they can't deliver on time?

At this time of the season are when fanparks should be absolutely delivering , if you can't make it crack in August then good luck during the winter months .

I've said it before and I'll say it again and I make no apologies but why they don't contact Matt Ellis at Wakefield Trinity who I'm pretty certain would be happy to show them how it's done i don't know .

Not only is it a fantastic way to enjoy pre match it's a bloody moneymaker too , it's now open at halftime too to help ease congestion in the bars and food outlets in the Neil Fox Stand , how bloody easy is that .

It opens 3 hours before KO , can you imagine going to Oakwell yesterday at midday ? , me neither .

There's no point doing something unless you get it right , why wouldn't you want to attract fans down to Oakwell early and get them spending ?
