Signing for us from Chelsea apparently. Big lad, still only 23, but I can only recall seeing him a couple of times when he was on loan at Southampton and he looked a bit of a donkey to me. His goal scoring record is about on a par with Foster's, which doesn't bode well.

I think it is as good as it gets for us signing a striker. Hopefully he can find his way under Parker. -
Perfect strike partner for Foster.Between them they might get a couple of goals in 38 games.
We really are not interested in making a fight of it this coming season.Josh Sargeant would have been a much better addition but it looks like he was too expensive for our wannabee multi-team empire owners.Sunderland haveloaned a proper young talented striker from Chelsea and I predict that we will be the most likely team to be relegated this season.Back to the Championship next Summer.

Broja is only 23 and has played little football over the last 3 years due to an ACL tear and then various other injuries.
We have made a massive gamble due to his medical history. If we can keep him fit and get him up and running, this could turn out to be a good signing.
We have to take a gamble has we can't afford a striker who is going to bring us 10 goals plus at this level, and if we could they wouldn't sign for us
Never seen him play but read that he is 6'3" , good build, a battering ram with of pace, everything that Foster isn'tComment

If a player goes through the Chelsea academy into the first team the player must have some credentials. Depends on the fee but he's got to be worth a gamble.Comment

Can’t believe Broja is still only 23 but if he’s still mobile after his injury he’ll make a great partner for Foster if they are played together.
Good finisher but his main attribute IMO was his quickness of thought and he could be exactly what’s needed to kickstart Foster back into action.Comment

Why don't we just make a realistic offer for the guy from Norwich!!?? He hasn't had the injury issues of this Chelsea guy and looks a better bet for a goal or two than the Chelsea offering. Some on the Chelsea site think he's going to cost 20 million. Seriously; if so then why get the runt with issues!Comment

For me this is one where we are going to need to trust Parker and his team. I had a look on YouTube and there is a video showing all of his career goals. Some good finishing skills there for sure. He had a nasty ACL a couple of years ago. That will now be fully mended, and as others have said, he is a big lad with pace, and appears has a knack for being in the right place when you watch the 26 goal vid. Could be a great signing for us. Whether he plays with Foster, or Flemming just behind, we should know soon enough.Comment
