There is no aggression in this team are they a bunch of wimps ? There is no one that takes the initiative and drives the team forward. There is no pride or passion shown by anyone in the team. I would expect that Kyle Walker being the only class player we have would be demanding and ordering players all over the pitch but he doesn?t. There is no communication around the pitch. We are a nothing team doing nothing to change the course of a game. Usually I am not for sacking managers or players but at this moment a change is necessary and for me we should consider Posteciglu or may be someone similar. How would the likes of say Mourino deal with our situation ???

I’ve posted many times about this Lancaster wee just the nicest players - team in the leagues.

When players join they say it’s the best dressing room they’ve ever been in we are just too nice. ( then we slag off players for being too far the other way ).

We have players or have had players picking themselves tbh and our better players dropped to the bench even on the back of good performances.

Be honest discipline is non existent and we all know people don’t function well when they’re allowed to do what they want

I’m going on against Utd but in truth Parker has to go - calling the players powder puff isn’t the answer he picks the team - tactics and then after that amateur display dares to blame others when they’ve been like that for weeks.

Parkers days are numbered he is now critisinng his players which is the usual sign that he wants out. Parker is obviously not going to resign as he will lose a pay out, but what he will do is engineer his own dismisal by turning on his staff.

The odds against all three not being relegated would be astronomical, so big that they'd hit the bookies limit and you wouldn't get paid. At least not what you were really owed, just up to the limit.

Ahh come on sub you’ve been in the game long enough to know that most ( on here ) aren’t on a witch hunt - I’d like a team that tries and is at least set up correctly with the right players in the right positions

Money is hard earned nowadays and if I’d paid to go to Brighton off have written to the club and asked for my money back.

If not for our defence, we would not have been promoted last season.That defence was obviously not entirely down to Cardy`s organisational skills because if it was we would not be seeing the defensive errors that have plagued this season.
His attacking play last season was turgid and lacking any creativity or potency.If I could see that then ALK could and the fact that they decided to stick with Cardy whilst disbanding that defensive line speaks volumes about their ambitions.
