              So am I BT, it is not what any professional sportsperson wants to go through. Injuries will always happen, however, when the healing process doesn't go according to plan it can also affect your mentality as much as your physicality.

                It's a shame for him, a good player, he could have proved PL quality. Saddest part for me is that, never mind playing football, the poor lad even walks with a limp.

                  Beyer was an excellent championship player but lacked the physicality for the Premier league, he was exposed frequently during his brief spell under Kompany.

                  I doubt that we will see him playing at Burnley again
