  • Sir Ian Botham

An evening with Beefy at the Grand, Clitheroe in September. Prices 32 quid to 100 quid. I'm sure he tells a good tale, but at those prices he won't be telling me.

Seems to be the going rate now,I saw Neil Warnock at the Nottingham Playhouse last year and really enjoyed it with a decent part of the talk being Notts related and coming over more as a comedian than former football manager

I paid 40 quid for my ticket but they went up to 100 quid and for that you got reserved seats at the front,a drink in the bar on arrival,a chat with Neil and an opportunity to have a photo and autograph with him

Same set up here exactly Chalky.

When we lived in France one of our English friends was Colin's bank manager when he was in Sheffield. She told me some good tales about him for nowt, but I couldn't repeat them on here.

Do what I do. Go and watch a game of rugby at Cardiff Arms Park. He?s there quite often watching his grandson James playing for Cardiff. You can always speak to him after the game , in the bar or elsewhere.
