  • Pace's patronising pre-match comments yesterday.

He's totally lost the plot. I reckon at least 2000 season tickets will certainly not be renewed.

Alan Pace before the game today on the BBC: "Have you ever seen a three-year-old throw a temper tantrum in the middle of an event?
"Well at the end of it, you get embarrassed, you say I'm sorry - but it doesn't stop you from being a good parent.
"You hope that they grow up, and when they do grow up they're going to be a controbutor to society.
"The reality is we're going to keep going, and we're going to be the best parents we can be to this club."

How not to talk about the people who support your club. Pi$$ off Alan and take ALK with you.

As someone who is nearly eighty years old, my time for throwing temper tantrums is long gone.

I would suggest to Mr Pace that only a blind man could fail to see that the problems at BFC are not the supporters or indeed most of the players, the problem it appears comes from the very top. If the club chairman can openly blame the supporters and fail to see the carnage being created by Parker and his coaching staff it is high time the chairman went back to where he came from.

Disgraceful comments from the chairman who obviously isn't has invested in the club as the fans. Burnley fans have been incredibly tolerant, even yesterday they were reserved in comparison to the West Ham fans who sang about their own problems and even waved red cards.

The Americans don't understand sport outside of the US with English football being worse of for their participation

It seems he meant the whole kitnkeeboodle needs treating like a three year old ,it needs love and patience and will be better for the experience.

Not the smartest things to say in this moment
But I don?t fault Pace or ALK that much. They have invested and made choices to the best of their abilities. Making it in the PL is very difficult. SD made miracles and we thought it was normal.
What worries me is that the players we?re left with after each relegation is of a lower and lower quality? I'm afraid we?re not able to keep bouncing back like we have the last couple of times unless we find another miracle maker who players are willing to keep playing for. I fear most players will be looking for another club if Parker stays. I hope Pace is close enough to the group to see what moves and takes the right decisions.

Their choice has been not to invest their own money but to load us with debt.

?They? have invested sweet FA.The money they put up at the beginning will have more than come back with interest over the last 5+ years.Technically the club bought itself by ALK using the latest late stage capitalism swindle called a leveraged buyout.

They have invested a minimum amount and used the assets of Turf Moor and Gawthorpe to fund their lifestyles
